No, because you CHOSE to get ATRL +. If you are a type of member that gets banned constantly, then I suggest you don't get ATRL + if you feel like you have wasted your money.

But if ATRL really wants to rake in the money and fix its ratchet ass server, they need to start incorporating Warning Points in the mix. These flame-baiting ****s would drop coins with the quickness if it meant getting rid of a few WPs so they won't get banned.

Agreed, a refund should be available. It's fairly easy to get warning points for the "strangest" things. + members should atleast have more chances to stay on Atrl. Like 15-20 warning points for a ban or atleast half a month of a ban. + is Oviosly a donation, but Atrl should offer some Benifits for those who deside to give.

As for permaban, sometimes I think it's to extreme. Unless the member is threading with a virus or killing someone. I feel like some members get on Atrl to talk about their favorite artist, becusee the "real" world doesnt get them. Or becuse they feel like this is a place that accpsts them. Some get out of had but, permabans is to extreme in my opinion.


Refunds should be available, or any kind of a "give" back of the customer isn't happy with a product. It's always nice to see the "company/business treats their customers well.

I could imagine the madness that would ensue if people could pay to remove their points.

Maybe there should be an ATRL- for those who complain too much.
