According to a poster on another forum, claiming to be a part of Nelly's promo team (who went on to provide the wesite for the team he worked for
www.spaceship-ent.com) which would suggest he is who he claims he is, Nelly will release the singles from Loose in the following order.
Quote:
"Promiscuous" is the lead single.
"Maneater" will be the 2nd single in America while "Promiscuous" becomes the 2nd single overseas.
"Say It Right" will be the 3rd single.
"Showtime" will be the 4th single.
If the album sales are strong enough, she will receive a 5th single to be determined.

The order makes a hell of an amount of sense as
1) We currently have NO information on a video shoot for SIR something we should surely of heard by now.
2) Maneater is an obvious choice for 2nd single after its huge European success.
3) When asked about a next release from Loose on z100 nelly stated SIR as next single, she could very well have been talking about the 3rd single based on the presumption that she believed fans already knew that Maneater was 2nd.
The poster from Nelly's promo team also had this to say about Maneater:
Quote:
As a matter of fact, "Maneater" was released to digital outlets and select radio stations in USA and Canada on June 20th. A remix has been released as well with Lil' Wayne for airplay in USA. The video may be altered to include Lil' Wayne as well.
And the song does not sample the Hall & Oates song. Instead, it was built around the sound of the Eurythmics hit single, "Here Comes The Rain Again".

I'd say that is beyond enough proof (and a bit hard to lie about) that Maneater is indeed the next single. Lil' Wayne better not feature in the vid. That will ruin the song :/
Interesting info all the same and will hopefully clear up any confusion surrounding the 'loose' singles
