I don't think K-pop will be big, but the culture of it already is.
I do think Korean producers will begin to start working with big artists in America.
It's only a matter of time before someone hops onto the trend.
Indie-pop / Indie-rock. Like many has said here, internet trumps radio nowadays. Dance music also will have a big impact on mainstream scene along with Country, R&B, and artists like Adele will also get a bigger spotlight than bubblegum music. This year will be more exciting with some new release & tours from classic acts (Fleetwood Mac, the Rolling Stones, etc.)
