The fact that it hasn't been shot yet, after all the time off she's had since October just proves that she doesn't just quite yet know how to handle all this. I don't know what's she's thinking, maybe she just doesn't know.
But HWR are also a little bit to blame for the whole music video delay, the should be pushing for it. A normal label, that's run by people who care about their artists success would do that.

It's not Demi's job to manage the promoting. She should DO the promoting, but HWR should MANAGE the promoting. They should take care of everything. Not Demi. Demi should be the one actually doing that what HWR took care of for promotion.
