What should have been a feel-good news story soon became anything but when Kyle Dyer, an anchorwoman at NBC's KUSA Denver affiliate, was bitten in the face by a dog that had been rescued by a heroic firefighter from an icy lake a day earlier.
The dog, an Argentine mastiff named Gladiator Maximus, bit Dyer on a live, in-studio segment on Wednesday after Dyer was petting the dog and kneeling down.
Paramedics and animal control were called in, while Dyer was rushed to the hospital for reconstructive surgery overnight. The three-year-old dog was taken to a Denver animal shelter where it is being "quarantined."
Ahahahahahahah she should've stayed back , stop being so friendly i feel bad for the owners knowing the dog might get put down because she got to comfortable SMH
