To an extent, yes. It's been done before. I personally believe that everybody is atleast slightly bisexual, but many straight guys aren't willing to act on their feelings. Almost everybody experiments at some point. Simply kissing/making out/fooling around with another guy doesn't make you 100% gay, though.
