Er, excuse me but are you for real? Adele is certainly not any kind of extreme. She is large but far from obese. Her size is actually pretty average or very close to it. Certainy for UK/USA women.

And once again, Adele didnt use the term real women. The point she's making is that its good for the majority of women to see somebody on mag covers they can actually relate to and not feel inferior.
