LOUD has already sold over 6 million months ago and has been promoless since April 2011. Rihanna is 6 years into the game and just had the biggest hit of her career yet she's peaking. Even when she did "underperformed" her songs still did well. Gaga is under-performing and can't even get a top 40 hit without 300 performances. Their situations aren't even comparable but this thread isn't about that. So you guys should stop.

Stop. With those 300 performances Gaga sold more albums than Loud, 4 years in the game. You can have a seat

Her first 3 Singles from BTW went Top ten without even performing them

Blame it on Hype of her successful era. But even BIG WW Artists came out from Successful eras or Successful WW Smash singles and had their singles flopping the charts or Albums flopping.

And Rihanna was coming off from a massive GGGB, yet still struggled with singles until Rude Boy. Plus, the album didn't even come close to the magnitude of the prior album. BTW is multi-platinum AND sold 5M+ WW, which is still pretty decent.

I only bring up Rihanna because she is a good reference, actually. She released an album people were not expecting following her mega smash hit album. She struggled a bit, and then she comes back and has been smashing singles since.That is why I don't get why people say Gaga, on her 2nd LP, is over because one single missed the top 10/20. Her career has a long way to go
