What a stand up guy, its good to see its an amicable divorce not one where they hate on eachother constantly and drag it out in court.

When they got married he was the one Stupid not to get a pre-nup, really. That was before Katys tour and her Perfumes/Nailpolish etc. He must've had the most money back then.

And I totally agree with their reasons for not getting one, you shouldn't be thinking about things like 'What if this marriage breaks down and he comes for mah monies?!' when you're getting married, they were clearly deeply in love at the time. You're a couple, you shouldn't be keeping all your money from each other in case you break up.
