lol Foo Fighters? They have nothing to do with electronic music!!!! And their fans will be FUMING if they perform on stage with the likes of Lil Wayne and deadmau5. Not sure if it's a good idea for them to be involved.
But it should be interesting either way.
However, I hope I Can Only Imagine is NOT the next US single. It's good, but Titanium needs to be released there. It just got to #1 in the UK.
EDIT: I've got 666 posts now, so I'll try not to up my post-count for a while lol
Gaga should be in it. After all, she did win Best Dance/Electronic album and can be credited for bringing it back into the mainstream.
that would make sense, but the Grammys have decided that Gaga, Britney, and all other big pop names who make dance music are not allowed to be involved in anything dance related
If anyone from this crop performs twice, it'll be the Foos.
He is

Current GRAMMY nominees Chris Brown, Deadmau5, Foo Fighters, David Guetta, and Lil Wayne will team for a special performance highlighting dance/electronica music for the first time ever on the 54th Annual GRAMMY Awards.
Previously announced performers for the 54th Annual GRAMMY Awards include Adele (in her first live performance since undergoing vocal cord surgery last fall); Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson; Tony Bennett and Carrie Underwood; Brown; Glen Campbell with the Band Perry and Blake Shelton
Umm Skrillex? Swedish house mafia? Avicii? Robyn? The knife?
(yes i KNOW my Sweden represents big time )
Exactly!!! How do you do a segment intended to honor dance music and only have like one actual dance artist. I would love to see Avicci, Swedish House Mafia, or even Afrojack there. DeadMau5 is cool but a little overrated imo.
You'd think Skrillex would be involved in this since he's nominated for BNA and four other awards. Strange that only two of the five BNA nominees, Nicki and The Band Perry, are performing. Bon Iver declined to perform because they didn't want to do a collaboration like the producers suggested.
Overall, the line-up for this year is very odd. No Kanye or Gaga has got to be disappointing from a producer's point of view.
