I have to hear some songs by her to decided, but most likely no. I saw her in the House of Wax, and her acting wasn't bad at all. It was actually good compared to most acting in Horror movies like Final Destination for instance. But that's only one movie. I've never seen Paris Hilton act besides that one. I probably won't get her album, but will download a couple of her singles.

I've heard clips form the album, better than what I expected I'm buying it.
