It could very well be shade, but don't think so. She doesn't come off as someone who is pressed.
And besides, Rih's career is doing fine. Artists who are Gaga haters are usually old hasbeens who are mad she's owning the industry or are either bitter indie artists who are mad that Interscope pays all attention to Gaga.
