The obvious choice is Janet.
Ashlee surpassed her sister as far as music is concerned. Jessica makes 10 times more money than her tho and is more famous.
Kelly still has yet to make a real impact on music.
As for Solange.........

Since Janet is the obvious choice, Ashlee has to be the second choice. She has made a huge impact with her shows, her albums, and her fashion. Kelly has "Dilemma", but Solange has
Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams
, so...
