Definitely! Radios pay attention to songs that are viral hits and are high on iTunes. The video will push it into the top 100 on iTunes and it'll give it more exposure to radio!

Lightweight and Fix a Heart saved the first half of the album, the second half is utterly fault free though.
Fix A Heart & Lightweight chose not to be associated with the first half of the album. They're somewhere with Give Your Faves A Break as the best songs from the album.
