Symbolic reference game:
After looking at it a dozen times

There are a lot of metaphors …
Opening Message: love conquers all and you have to have heart to win...it doesn't matter how you look or how much money is thrown at you. If you have not heart and sell your soul than what good is the materialistic things anyway.
Opening shot/Acid rain: She knocked down the door to get in the game...baby stroller represents the birth of her career. She has the shades and raincoat (for on the surface may seem just stylish) but delving deeper she is protecting herself from harm.
Blank faced cheerleaders: The mindless people that are entertained and are just cheering on without really paying attention to the message.
Oil spill: After surviving the initial traps, she still is making sure she doesn't slip so that jackets are protecting her. Stans (those that might be deemed mindless but the real ones that love her for the right reasons also fight for her and protect her.
Football players carrying her: Stans adoration and holding her up in celebration. Protecting her from falling (off the side of the wall/busting through the walls to catch her/serving as a stepping stone as she climbs to the top). Also, stans who dont even think. They will put those stars on a pedestal and celebrate them without a thoughts or doubts.
Nicki and M.I.A.??? I mean, there cheer leaders... :-/
Marilyn Monroe homage: The football helmets with the spotlight are the fans that continuously focus on her as a sex symbol and her brining to light the sexualized generation (girls kissing girls) something that was more taboo.
Shots fired: Being adored but always having shots fired because people bring you up to take you down. But Madonna effortlessly having the muscle take the hit while she continues moving forward.
Helmets removed: After surviving all the crap, she can remove her protection (somewhat) and have fun and celebrate...
Baby tossing: Seeking fame and endulging in fames for the wrong reasons and finding out what really matters and life and tossing the creation of old ways away...
Touchdown: She scores the ultimate meaning of life (not what she sought out in the beginning of her career but based on her experience and life lessons). What she does is a job, it's not real life and she can separate the two alot better now.
Baby: represents when you’re famous you giving birth to a fake reality and you’re feeding into it… It’s all a game and sometime when you play well that fake reality trumps the real you and makes a touch down and you win in the public eye…
