The singers were spotted leaving an eatery in the city within minutes together after catching up over dinner.
Elton was seen speeding off in his car with his Cocker Spaniel Arthur in tow.
Gaga left in a separate car soon after, driven off by her chauffeur and accompanied by a bodyguard.
British star Elton, 64, is close friends with 25-year-old Gaga.
