that Letter T on the floor that marks the center of the stage. Its the marker they use for their positions. If the person whose supposed to be on the center is stepping on that T mark all the other girls behind her will know theyre on their designated positions and proper distance from each other. thats how they manage to always be on point when it comes to their positions. Notice how the girl in the center looks down before she sings? cause shes looking for the marker.
