Miley Cyrus cracked her tailbone.
Essentially, it means she broke her ass.

Miley's bad news comes on the heels of a rough patch for the songstress. Just last week, photos of Cyrus provocatively posing with an X-rated cake hit the web, prompting the Culture and Media Institute (CMI) to brand the star a "disgusting" influence on the youth of America.
In a statement obtained by GossipCop.com, CMI states: "Disgusting behaviour like Cyrus' may be a part of the 'real world' of Hollywood, where casual sex is celebrated and frequent divorce is almost a rite of passage. But it is not the real world, because in the real world, sleazy behaviour has consequences."
Yikes, that's pretty harsh! But thankfully, it looks like Miley's friends, family and boyfriend are sticking by her side to cheer her up. "In my wildest dreams you always play my hero. In my darkest hours of the night you rescue me, you save my life," Miley tweeted during the thick of her scandal last week. "If you have love, you don't need to have anything else. If you don't have it, it doesn't matter much what else you have."
