She looked pretty and sounded awful. What's so hard about admitting a flaw instead of being delusional about it?

The fact that she's had better live performances doesn't excuse how terrible she sounded on SNL.

This girl has some really great songs, but she seriously does the most and needs a publicist desperately.

She seems so sensitive.

I could say the same for US media.

It was one of the worst performances in SNL history though.... I'm not excusing that for the other **** that they talked, but you had to expect mostly negative backlash from it. She sang terribly.

She's not very inexperienced considering how long she's been singing and how many other televised performances she'd already had. Sure, she hadn't performed in America or in front of a live audience of that magnitude, but that doesn't mean she's inexperienced. That's pushing it.

It's not a perfect response when the first thing about herself she defended was her looks...no one was saying anything about her being ugly.

She needs publicist help, pronto.
