It's more of a house party thing, and if someone has the needle and such.
We do it more as a game, if you win the most drinking games, you get the dot.
you usually put it some place like; between the fingers, elbow, toes, ancle, behind the ear. Any place that you would have to actually look to see it, but you are still able to show it.
At least that is what we do here
