Just because she scratched doesn't mean she had liquids on her legs... Someone saw it and decided to take advantage of her scratching... As a matter of fact she even touched her chest afterwards? Why? In order to soil it? THERE IS NO VIDEO WITH THIS LIQUID! If there is please link it. As for her publicist there is no reason to come out and excuse about something that there isn't there.
