Cheryl Cole is allegedly planning to debut her new solo single on The Voice.
According to The Daily Star Sunday
, Chezza and her manager Will.I.Am - who is a judge on the BBC talent show - want to showcase her new tune by singing it on the programme to coincide with its rumoured release in the spring.
It is currently unknown what track Cole will unleash as her next solo single, with some reports suggesting she's considering releasing a song she penned with Dynamite star Taio Cruz.
The Girls Aloud singer's team is also said to be keen for Cheryl to perform the tune on The Voice instead of rival talent show, Britain's Got Talent - where her former X Factor boss Simon Cowell is a judge.
A source explained to the tabloid:
"Cheryl should be releasing her single when The Voice is on TV so it makes sense to combine the two. Cheryl's manager Will.I.Am is obviously a judge on the show so he's already been talking to producers to get the ball rolling.
"The BBC are desperate to beat Cowell and Britain's Got Talent in the ratings and they know there's no better way to do that than by getting Cheryl to perform her new single for the very first time live on the show.
"Cheryl would be a massive ratings winner and scoop for The Voice. Not only will the performance be seen by millions of people, it will also be a good way for Cheryl to stick up a cheeky one finger salute at Simon."
SiCo and the Fight For This Love singer famously fell out after the music mogul sacked her from The X Factor USA - with Cowell recently admitting he would welcome Cheryl back as a panellist on one of his TV shows.
Will.I.Am later responded to his comments, exclaiming that Chezza will NOT be returning to The X Factor, and that instead, she "needs her own show."
