I was optimistic about it before but they're waiting too long between the singles. Buzz dies down, Ex:4 month gap between DFAU's peak and SS's adds date.

Is it really going to be released? I mean, there's no buzz anymore. Like B.R.I.A.N. said, it'll just flop like SS.

Addicted is my favorite song off of Breakaway, but she's kinda going into single overkill, especially because (imo) Walk Away was not a good single choice at all. To boot, even though I think Addicted is a good song, a lot of her fan base doesn't seem to like it. I say she just focuses on bringing the heat on her next album.

Addicted might be released. Hear Me might be released. Gone might be released.
They all deserved it over Walk Away.
But ADDICTED IS DEFINATELY NOT RELEASED. GONE IS NOT EITHER! I DON'T KNOW WHERE PEOPLE ARE HEARING THIS BUT NEITHER IS RELEASED.
She has a summer tour coming up and is already recording for her new album due late this year or early/mid 06.

Yeah i seriously dont get why you think she is going to release addicted. Is it because of her tour? She named it Addicted tour because she is addicted to touring thats all there is to it.
