You mean Filipina* and she's mostly Filipina and Hawaiian, but her natural skin color is not that brown. It appears "normal" because we're so used to seeing celebrities with fake tans nowadays. Remember the bikini photos of her on vacation a few years ago? She was just a golden color, but brown.
