Basically, it's news to nobody that Google (and other internet services) collect your personal information and browsing history in an attempt to tailor your browsing experience and advertisements to you. As part of their attempt at transparency in this regard, Google now lets you see what they have classified you as, based off your history.
In short - they guess your age and gender.
Follow the link to the article I posted, and in it is a link to your "Google Ad preferences", follow this link, log into your google account, and report back if here if Google guessed your identity correctly or if they were off.
