What do these changes mean for everyone? I read through them & didn't notice anything major, but is there something I'm missing?

I think they are just reworking they were everything is listed per person. Like when I Google search now, it pulls from my site first, since it's linked to Google plus. Then is pulls from sites like mine. Then news. Then regular search results.
