Anyway, you tell me what should be done. Should there be a mass overhaul? Should there be two sub-forums? Should we just get rid of it all together? It's up to you!

I would say it is a good idea to divide the Top Ten forums in two, "Request-only countdowns" and "Personal countdown". That will make both sides of this argument happy

A mass overhaul would probably do nothing since not only could newer members come and create more clones but older members might re-create their older clones themselves. As for sub-forums, that just seems rather pointless seeing it would be like giving Ideal Countdowns From The Past a forum of it's own. I am referring to that because those are the public's top ten personalized, which is still better than having a countdown just request-only since it's at least somewhat personal. If anything deserves a forum of it's own, it would be the ideal countdowns but I still suggest no sub-forums. I don't know if many would be happy to kill their clones but we have an overall ATRL's top ten type of countdown done by one selected person, like Randy did a while ago. That's a suggestion right there that clones and non-clones could possibly agree on.

Overall, I don't think anything can be done since either nothing will change or many people would complain. I just think we should understand and accept the clones that we have since it is a TRL forum. I mean if we happen to change a few people's minds about having request-only countdowns, we'll always end up with more later.

i think that the rules must be the same as the game cube forum, there's only ONE ATRL's video clash because two or more are pointless

There are TOO MANY CLONES to justify accepting it, though. There's no way.

I'm not sure... BUT, I think that a lot of the request countdowns should be CLOSED, but deleted. Would they actually care? They didn't care when they closed all the clashes either.

Then there could be just a few request countdowns.

As for the problem, there's really nothing you can do. Any solution you choose is going to gather up some complaints from the naysayers. But if something must be done, just choose the lesser of 2, 3, 4, or however many evils

As for the YTT part, I do agree with the massive clones countdowns. The seperate forums are pretty much pointless for me, since why do we need an extra forum for the clones countdown? That's like supporting it.

How do I seem offended? And as far as wanting to know what was going on, "This thread doesn't affect me, next thread" doesn't really show any concern or desire to know what's going on. I don't really get that.
