It's an easy poll people. I've been reading the Sims thread, and there are a lot of mixed opinions. Which is better? Sims 2 or 3? And why?
Sims 1 is not included because it is amazing, but nostalgic.

I cannot decide, they both slay my life real hard! I prefer Sims 3, but they seriously need better expansions.

I like Sims 2. The only benefit I see from Sims 3 is the better graphics and all the custom stuff, but I don't really care for that.

I own all of them, Sims 3 graphics ****, but Sims 2 is so much easier to play

Is Sims 2 the one that's like 3D? where you can actually run around and control the character?

Not too much on Sims 3, with the right settings it is breathtaking.

I LOVE them both, but I think 2 is a little more fun to play, plus I played it for years. However 3 obviously has better graphics.

I wish Sims 3 was an improved version of Sims 2

I WAS JUST PLAYING SIMS 3

I like playing them both. The Sims 2 was a lot more fun though. It was a lot easier to kill Sims in The Sims 2 than it is in The Sims 3. I also liked how you could create your own neighborhoods IN GAME and not have to use an online feature to make new neighborhoods.

The Sims 3 though has cool ways to run your Sims life. A lot of the options in that game are a lot more realistic than The Sims 2, and I like how I can completely custom the outfit and hair color a Sim has. The Sims 3 is also really good with Expansion Packs. When I played just the basegame, I got tired, because Sunset Valley bothered the **** out of me. I have Late Night and Pets so I can play in both Bridgeport and Appaloosa Plains. I have families in both of those cities so yeah.

But The Sims 2 basegame was better than The Sims 3's.

So my vote still goes to Sims 2.

Sims 2, people r better and more real looking and it snows and rains, and car doors open.

Sims 3 is just a disserpointment
