For your kind information, Billboard doesn't use Mediabase but Nielsen BDS. Last week:
WFL - 151.586 = 150 on BDS
SFTTR - 96.652 = 93 on BDS

It basically comes down to streaming.
On this week's youtube charts, SFTTR(lyrics) ranks at #3 while WFL at #7.
Does the lyrics video count as streaming? If yes then SFTTR wins, otherwise WFL wins.
