Kim is still in New Zealand.
The US asked New Zealand for his extradition, but it could take months for that's approved. It's even a question if it will be approved since he's origin German and they don't extradict their citizens.
I guess they'll charge him foremost for the money laundering.
Don't need to exagerate things, raping and killing a girl is horrible enough.
