Idk. I think so. They've reported multiple album release dates and been correct (most recently, The Complete Confection), but they've also been wrong plenty of times.

It wouldn't surprise me if Gaga decided to release HML next, though. It isn't as if Amazon is reporting that Black Jesus Amen Fashion is the next single ;however, I wouldn't put it past Gaga to make a decision along those lines this era.
