I can't handle all the overrating of Clijsters, with people talking like she's better than Serena on hard. I'm almost cheering for Assarenka.

but when i see Clijsters vs Wozniacki, the phrase "Clijsters win" immediately come up in my mind maybe becuz Wozniacki's playing style is not suitable for Clijsters

Anyone follow women's doubles? I don't a lot, but evidently Liezel Huber was again a classless bitch. Matchpoint for Mirza/Vesnina and Huber plays a shot on a double bounce and doesn't fess up to it. Poor call by the umpire. A few points later Mirza hits the ball right at Huber and knocks her down. Glad Vesnina and Mirza got the win in the end.

Ugh I will die if Maria wins. I hate watching her hit the ball as hard as she can with reckless abandon. And that serve..

This Australian Open is a mess. Someone please stop Vika and Petra.

Kworb, Petra has the potential to dominate the game for years to come. Herself and Azarenka are easily the best players of the new generation. Could they potentially gain your approval?

Petra would be tolerable if she stops barking, but I will never like her game. Too aggressive.

Azarenka would be tolerable if she stops grunting, but her game is also horrible. Just grinding, hitting hard and deep without purpose. It's like Djokovic. So boring.

Too bad Berdych lost the second set. Hope he can hang in there. This match is taking forever. But that's normal with Nadal.

She hasn't been barking as much here as she was during the season ending championships. I like her game, she hits the ball harder than anyone but she still has the variety to mix it up. She's very aggressive but I don't think she's a brainless power player like a large portion of the newer generation. She can be horrible to watch when she's off, though.

Grunting doesn't bother me, but Sharapova and Azarenka are excessive with it. They're loud from the very first point, most players only grunt when it gets intense.

Do you like Murray?

Yes I'm not saying she's a bad player, obviously she's extremely good, but I hate watching her tennis. The rallies are so short.

I don't mind most grunts, but Azarenka's is something else. The tone of it is really one of the worst and most annoying sounds I can imagine existing. Sharapova is louder but at least she still sounds human.

I used to hate Murray a lot, but I feel more neutral towards him lately, probably because his lack of Slams is so sad. Also I hate Djokovic so much that it kind of took away the hate for other players.

That's true. Sometimes I hate watching long matches so I like to see her walk all over her opponents. Dementieva and Chakvetadze always had to construct the point, so I do like watching rallies too.

Who do you think will in the tournament? Kvitova, Sharapova and Azarenka are all fighting for the top spot. Caroline could fall to #4. I wonder how she'll react going forward. I'm sure she'll miss being in the spotlight.

I never used to like him, but he's improved so much during the past two years. I think he's in the best shape of all the male tennis players, and I quite like his game too. Nadal is the only top player that I dislike watching because the time delays make it so laborious. I like Djokovic, but I'm bored of him already. I don't think he'll dominate this year like he did last year.

I have a horrible feeling that Azarenka is going to win the tournament and be #1. I hope Wozniacki can regroup and get it back, or maybe Radwanska can step up. Sharapova at #1 would be fine too.

I'm glad Caroline lost the #1 ranking. I'm sick of seeing her in those tacky Turkish Airlines commercials.

Kim is retiring this year so I don't want her to win it. I want Petra to win, but I'd be OK with Maria or Victoria winning it. I like Kim but it's time to pass the torch. She's not good for the tour.

So glad that Nadal got through. I'm really looking forward to seeing the semifinal between Nadal and Federer.

I have a feeling that it will be Azarenka vs Kvitova in the women's final, though I'm hoping for Sharapova of course.
