IMO Femme Fatale... Everything about it, is just top notch... The track placement and flow of the album is impecable.

Why compare the two? one is a pop album and the other is mostly R&B.

Depends what you're in the mood for. But
4
is overall more of what you'd hope from someone who's been in the business for 10+years.
