She's an amazing 18 year old (almost 19 year old) singer that was American Idol 3 runner-up. She's a recording artist and a Broadway star.

She's actually been really successful lately on Broadway. She just completed a 3 month run on Broadway a few days ago in the musical comedy "Hairspray" to rave reviews. I saw her in the show and she's quite the talented actress in addition to an amazing singer. She impressed a lot of people in the show and was a great box office draw too. While in NYC, she's also recording her second album independently, which she's really just doing on her own terms (and she's been writing for it too). She's in rehearsals for the national tour of "Brooklyn", another musical, which she'll be doing this summer, and then in September, she returns to "Hairspray" on Broadway for potentially another 6 months. The album will probably be out after that.

Fantasia won becasue she was more talented. Not because she looked better

But thats just it, she wasn't more talented. She screetched and rasped it up and had onstage seizures where she'd start going "yayayayayaya". And people claimed in was good.

Diana actually sang with a flexible voice that could hit high notes and hold them. Fantasia would crack her voice out if she tried to do what Diana could/can do.
