Hotel heiress and omnipresent celebutante Paris Hilton--whose only previous musical experience has been singing on 2004's underground club track "Screwed"--has been hard at work recording her debut album for Warner Bros. Records, tenatively titled Paris Is Burning. The album (which will reportedly include input from Three 6 Mafia, Lil Jon, JC Chasez, and Nick Carter) was previously slated for a summer '06 release, but according to the Britsh tabloid The Daily Star, it's been delayed until at least September so that Hilton can include a cover of Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy" on the CD.
"It's just Paris's latest idea and because she shares a label with Gnarls, she thinks that it will all be a piece of cake," an unnamed source told The Daily Star. "The chances of it happening are minute, but everything has to go on pause again while it's all discussed...It keeps nearly getting finished and then something else happens."
Only time will tell if Hilton's "Crazy" idea pans out.
Paris Hilton is ready to expand her media dominance to music videos with a clip for "Stars Are Blind," off her forthcoming debut album. The video is being directed by Chris Applebaum, who also directed Hilton's notorious commercial for Carl's Jr.

She's crazy and this is like the stupidest cover ever done , but her album will be definately the pop album of the year. I hope she gets a grammy because all her leaked clips are instant classics.
