One minute I'm looping 'She-Wolf' for 3 days straight and learning the dance moves (I got 'em don't even worry about it), and being in AWE of the Did it Again video, next minute I'm wondering what I'm supposed to do with this 'Give it Up to Me' song and looking at the cover of Sale El Sol on my screen.
Why was Shakira's sexiest, classiest, and tbh best album's era cut so short, and, for that matter, why did it go so drastically downhill in its second half?
Listen, I understand that it under-performed, I UNDERSTAND that, but it could have been saved! The way this era was treated makes me want to kill myself 20 times. I'm mad.
Share your appreciation for the album of our generation and mourn its loss here, girls.
Not to mention I was underwhelmed by both "She Wolf" and "Sale el Sol", so I'm kinda just "eh" about it. Hoping for the best, however.
