Have you ever been knocked unconscious? Or went to sleep & had no dream? it just seemed as if time passed? Thats what I believe it will be like.. You won't be woke, aware or anything. After you die you just blackout & that's it. I mean I do believe there will be a time where we will all face God, but I don't believe in the burning hell that most religions have shaped it out to be. It's gonna be a time where we all wake up to be rejoiced with God and those who were brutally evil/souless will just cease to exist forever.
that's an interesting way of putting it. I agree with your first part as it pretty much matches my views of a nothingness. The part about waking to God I can't relate to at all though. I guess that requires a profound belief in God.
But Im for people believing whatever makes the notion of death more bearable. If thats fluffy clouds, angels and harps then fine.

I wish it was like this but I highly doubt it. Life is unfair and so is death, I guess.
I really don't have a concrete opinion on this one. When I was younger, I believed wholeheartedly in an afterlife and didn't understand people who thought otherwise, but as I've gotten older, I started to have many doubts on these kind of things.
THIS.
But I think and hope that when we die we will reincarnate as a new person. Call me a creep but there are times when I feel excited about dying and discover what happens after.
This is similar to the question "Do you believe in God?" If you believe in God then you believe in everything else that is taught about and associated with God, like heaven, hell, salvation, eternal life, faith, hope and such. If you don't believe in God, it'll be so hard for you to believe in everything else. It is even hard for you to believe that your existence has a purpose
In someways I do, just because I have lost loved ones before, and had really strange things happen that makes me believe that they were there when it happened.
Then my mind starts thinking and going "it's just impossible, noway can there be an afterlife and life after death" and then I end up getting a headache from thinking to hard
