I'm thinking she may get (if she hasn't already) more film offers if Dreamgirls is a success, so if she is releasing music sooner rather then later, perhaps it's in anticipation for working on films and not having as much time to concentrate on music so it's better to get this album release process done as quickly as possible? That is, if she is indeed in a rush.
