I love them both but Angelica was definitely the bigger bitch. Helga deep down is a nice girl, it's just in her case, she's basically ignored by her family and Olga is more favored, which is why she's so mean to people (aside from Phoebe). Angelica though pretty much was spoiled from the beginning so she was bitchy bitchy.
