The difference between K-Pop and J-Pop:

K-Pop is more dancey/clubby, closer to American style, and generally has harder, pussay pawpin' beats that make you wanna ride a brotha into next week.

J-Pop is more about vocals, more raw and more experimental. Many critically acclaimed artists come from Japan, and J-Pop usually features diversity and musical risk taking.

Both >>>> Ameri-pop. Except for a select few artists.

You can usually tell the difference between K- and J- Pop by listening to the lyrics, because Japanese is waaaaaay easier to pronounce. Korean is freakin' hard.
