Is that the Pepsi commercial song? I'm in love with that song if it is. :heart: :heart: I'm sad 'say something' is flopping though, it's the best single off her album so far.
If "Say Somethin" was released earlier on it would have been huge. It's a brilliant track and nothing like the rest of Mariah's (great) catalog. The label took too long to release a fifth single so the buzz died down by the time SS went for adds. Also, at this point, it may look like overkill to radio listeners.
"Time Of Your Life" is, once again, a great song by the one and only Mariah Carey. It's lyrically simple but the production (brought to you by Mariah herself) snatches your ears and gets you moving. A great summer track by the woman who makes them best.
^We had a few discussions about that and quite a few of us would have liked Stay the Night to be a single too.
However, once I saw the video for Say Something I grew to like it, I think if Time of Your Life is released it'll have that nice summer song you mention, chilled and as heavy as STN.
I think its ok for Say Something, i would love to see it doing better, but hey its her 5th single from a 6X album, thats incredible these days, but like others i think they wait TOO MUCH after "dont forget about us" to release "say something"

"Say Somthin" was my jam when it first leaked , it was the first leaked track from her album and it made me so excited . That's the only reason why I still like this song, but to be honest the song is actually cheap and forgettable .
