yes it's important in the music field and community but as you said not that important in the general field no one talks about it

back OT: I usually see the Grammys going left and right every year. I am just hoping she'll end up with at least one of the 3 general field awards she's nominated for (ROTY, SOTY, AOTY).

ugh she almost won the big 4 still get a little mad about that.

5+ would mean 6 and no female artist is ever breaking Beyonces record.

Adele can tie it though... She has 6 nominations. To tie Bey's record she'll have to sweep all... The Grammys may not want to give her all, but there's still a chance.

I think she got AOTY/Pop Album on lock. She may stumble with either ROTY/SOTY to Bon Iver's "Holocene" and Best Pop Performance to Lady GaGa's "You and I." Then there's music video which she might win.

this year's different however, they've erased alot of categories, like the 2 r&b album categories and female/male pop vocal performance (correct me if i'm wrong).
not that it matters that much,and def no shade to Bey but i'd say it's harder to win 6 awards this year than before.
