At first, I was able to remove the banner by blocking all images from this site. Now, the black bar came back again and the writing is in plain text instead. Can't remove. It's so ridiculous. It would be nice if they removed it for non-U.S. users, because this doesn't effect us.

Yes it does. ATRL is a US based site that you still use.
People should get out of this "It doesn't effect me so I don't care", especially when it does.
From what I see it's blocked to nationals of the US only, I fail to see why this is everyones problem.
You all have to know that they won't get away with passing it, it is against freedom of speech and the freedom of information act, if they pass it there will be such an uproar they will be forced to reform it, it will not last. Everyone panicking in case they have to actually buy their 'faves' album.
I obviously don't want to see it passed as it is wrong but it's not going to happen, there's already been too much backlash.
OMG GORL! I have a paper to do and they blocked Wikipedia....
You can still access the pages if you google and click on the direct article you want to read, it appears that it is only blocked when accessing it via the homepage. That is in Europe though. Or maybe it's only this one article that in unblocked.
