Video Games was not her best performance of the song, but "Blue Jeans" sounded lovely. It's the same people who hated her before the performance that are taking way too much joy from her nerves at performing on SNL before her debut album was even released. The fact is none of the other pop girls were relevant enough before their release to warrant such attention.

Any performance of Judas would do. Her Y&I at the VMAs was a train wreck. Every performance of MTN featured GaGa standing for 4+ minutes wearing big hats or standing on weird stage platforms.

Where's the lie? And no, I wasn't referring to her vocals being off point in any of those performances (besides Judas), but the other ones I referred to were either less interesting than watching paint dry or she was too wrapped up in her own fantasy world to care about her audience.

But the criticism she got was about her vocals and I also find the performance terrible vocally. And just because I am more objective every Judas perforamance was better (vocally always) than lana's SNL and she is dancing like crazy having problems more in her breathing than staying on key. As for the interest in the performance of Lana you are right. The SNL performance was greatly interesting and much more fun than Gaga's.
I don't understand why you refer Gaga on this. This performance was not good at all. Graduat1on if you wanna compare similar bad performances you should start looking for Rihanna,Katy Perry ,Madonna etc. cause Gaga is generally a very good live performer. Unless there is a reference to Gaga because Lana was supposed to be the next Gaga according to some people. Nevertheless Gaga is a good live performer and she is gradually improving. I am sure Del Ray will become better when she will be more comfortable and experienced.
Let's face it her performance on SNL well, it wasn't outstandingly brilliant but it certainly wasn't that bad. Video games was better than blue jeans, which she should never sing on a show like that again. She has letterman and Ellen to make up ground she has lost. For someone who sprang from nowhere to SNL, honestly we should all cut her some slack, and yes Juliette Lewis that means you too you bitter bitch.
I do in fact think the MySpace introduces makes up for it in some small way my faith has been restored. Million Dollar Man sounds like a killer song with some killer vocals, and her words are wise.
