You can open .mp4 files in Photoshop. I usually only use mp4 files, if not, convert it to mp4, they turn out better quality gifs.

Okay. I converted it to a mov.file so I could download to my computer and upload it to my Photoshop. How do I convert this to mp4? Where is the GIF making section?
