Not really. 'Womanizer' is the sequel to the video (she came up with the concept herself too,) the songs aren't similar at all, both sonically and lyrically. However, I understand why a Janet stan would think so.
Toxic could be released today and still smash. That song transcends time and will outlive Britney and our generation. Iconic. Bold. Legendary. Catchy!! That song is everything and more.
