Adele celebrates getting BRITs noms on a night out with BF

She might have been out of the spotlight for a few months after having surgery on her throat but her absence isn't having any effect on her popularity.And last night Adele celebrated getting three nominations at this year's BRIT Awards by heading out for a romantic evening with her boyfriend Simon Konecki.
The 23-year-old singer gave the official nominations ceremony a miss, instead choosing to spend the evening with Simon at Sid Owen's birthday party held at the Gilgamesh restaurant in London.
Adele was spotted leaving the eatery with charity worker Simon, where she was greeted by someone holding her dog, who eagerly licked her face as she beamed with delight.
Glamorous: Adele wore a black coat over her outfit and had her hair up in a beehive style She is up for British Female Solo Artist, British Single for Someone Like You and Mastercard British Album of the Year for 21.
Adele and Simon's night out yesterday evening is one of the first times they have been spotted together since they began dating in October.
But things are apparently going so well for the couple, who have already enjoyed a romantic holiday together in Miami, that they are planning on moving in together. Adele is said to be looking to find a property near Simon's home and business in Brighton.
