The All Time list was voted on by industry insiders and actual singers. I think VH1 puts all the other lists together themselves, I remember Mariah Carey voting Beyoncé as one of her top 5 acts of ALL TIME.

if this is like past lists, it will be other music acts, industry people, journalists, etc. who vote on it. The 50 Greatest Women of the Video Eras list was done by VH1 solely, it looks- why that looked very commercial/success-driven.
There were some notable differences between the early 1998 Greatest Artists list and the most recent one, and there probably will be with the new Greatest Women list. There probably will be a few newer additions, but I'd thin k that the bulk of those who appeared on the late-90s list will make an appearance.
I seriously doubt Britney Spears would rank in the top 10.
Look at that list the OP posted. There are alot of name nobody remember and nobody even know who the hell they are.
