I was somewhat surprised to read about the latest controversy involving Nicki Minaj. I'm an avid reader of music boards and "gay" websites. Lately, they've been chatting about Nikki's alleged homophobic lyrics in her songs. She's being accused of homophobia.

I think Nicki claimed to be bisexual in order to titillate sleazy straight guys and not to help the GLBT rights cause. I thiink it was a tawdry marketing strategy.
