They will. Hard Candy sold 4M with zero promo, now she has strong promo planned + a lead single with M.I.A and Nicki.

Who knows? She has been dragged quite a lot in the past few months for the hydrangeas, her brother, her movie, her ex's thoughs on her ect. that may affect her sales.
